When you visit this website
This site consists of HTML, CSS and image files. It sets no cookies and embeds no fonts, maps, videos or scripts from third-party servers. The only script is our own visitor counter, served from this address (see below) — content and navigation work in full without it.
When the page is requested, the host ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, file requested, amount of data transferred, browser identification). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in secure, trouble-free operation. This data is deleted after seven days at the latest.
Visitor counting
We count how often our pages are read. The counter is our own software on the same server as this site — no outside service is involved, and no data leaves that server. Recorded per page view are: the page, the time, the site a link led here from (its address only), browser, operating system and device type, the language version read, and the width of the browser window.
Your IP address is not stored. It is used once, together with a random value that changes every day, to derive a short code that tells two visitors of the same day apart. That code cannot be turned back into an address, and once the day's random value is deleted — after ten days at the latest — nobody can recompute it, ourselves included. It also means we cannot recognise anyone tomorrow as the visitor we counted today. That is intended.
Nothing is stored on your device for this: no cookie, no browser storage, nothing readable. That is why no consent banner is needed. If the browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, nothing is counted at all. In addition we read the server's own access logs, which the host keeps for seven days anyway, to see which search engines come by; entries not recognised as machines are discarded rather than counted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in knowing whether and how our site is read. The counted entries hold nothing that points back at a person and are kept without a fixed time limit.
Exception: bug reports
Only if you deliberately use Pause → Report a bug in game and send the report does data leave your machine. What is transmitted then:
- the description you typed yourself,
- a picture of the battlefield at the moment of the report,
- technical details of the session (version, world, wave, gold and lives, the towers you placed with their values, enemies on the field, progress in the forge) and of the system (operating system, graphics card, processor, memory, resolution, frame rate),
- a short excerpt from the game's log file,
- optionally an email address for follow-up questions — this field is voluntary and may be left empty,
- a shortened IP address (the last part is removed, so it cannot be traced back to a person).
Reports are sent to our own service on our server at ALL-INKL (Germany) and are used solely for debugging. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by deliberately sending); for the shortened IP address it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — it serves only to detect mass-submitted or abusive reports. Reports are deleted automatically after 90 days. Nothing is transmitted unless you send a report.
When you play the demo
The game runs entirely on your own machine. Saves, settings and progress stay local in your user folder. There is no login, no user account and no transfer of game data.
Recipients, third countries
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland; the access data described above arises there. Bug reports from the game go to our own service at the same provider, and only if a report is deliberately sent — there is no transfer to a third country. Beyond that, no data is passed on: no ad networks, no third-party analytics service — the visitor counting runs on our own server — no sharing for commercial purposes.
